All Joer hunn also 5 Jugendlecher aus Lëtzebuerg d’Chance, hei matzemaachen a nei sozial, sportlech a kulturell Erfarungen a Kompetenzen ze sammelen. Am Vierdergrond stinn Outdoor-Aktivitéiten, vun Héichseelgaart, Mountainbike, Stand-Up-Paddling, Beach-Volleyball bis hin zu Outdoor-Cooking ass alles dobäi.

Outdoor+ Youth Exchange – Adventure, Growth, and Unforgettable Memories!

Are you ready for the ultimate adventure? Outdoor Plus is a 10-day youth exchange that takes place every summer, bringing together 25 young people (ages 15–18) from Luxembourg, Austria/Liechtenstein, Spain, Finland, and, starting in 2025, Jordan. Organized by Nordstadjugend since 2015, this program is all about stepping out of your comfort zone, experiencing new challenges, and making lifelong friends. From mountain biking and high rope courses to swimming, stand-up paddling, and hiking, Outdoor+ is packed with exciting activities that push your limits while creating unforgettable moments. Beyond the adventure, you’ll take part in cultural evenings, interactive workshops, and fun excursions—immersing yourself in different cultures and perspectives along the way.

But Outdoor+ is more than just an adventure—it's an opportunity to grow. Through teamwork, challenges, and shared experiences, you'll build self-confidence, improve communication skills, and develop leadership qualities that will benefit you for life. You'll also discover new ways to engage in international opportunities, learn about Erasmus+ programs, and become part of a global community of young changemakers.
